At Kiwi Regional Airlines we understand that you could have some concerns about sharing personal information about yourself when you purchase a ticket or associated services. Our promise to you is that any information collected will be securely stored and we undertake to comply with New Zealand’s Privacy Act.
Information supplied by you while on www.flykiwiair.co.nz, or when you call our reservations staff includes forms you complete (or forms we complete on your behalf), emails you send or any other contact you make with us concerning www.flykiwiair.co.nz, details of which will be held by us.
Purchases made through www.flykiwiair.co.nz are transacted via eMerchantPay – an internationally recognised secure payment processor who process your credit card payments made through our reservations system. We don’t receive or hold your credit card information.
Private information including your name, address and email will not be sold, rented or passed on to third parties. Name and address information is collected for the purpose of ensuring passengers named on the ticket are those who fly on Kiwi’s aircraft, and otherwise to assist with flight security.
We may however also email you from time to time with special offers or information about new flights and services as they become available – but it will be Kiwi Regional Airlines that contacts you.
Under the Privacy Act 1993, you have the right to ask to see the information we hold about you. So if you would like to view or delete the information that we hold on you as a user of our services, please contact us. If you have purchased or reserved a flight ticket on www.flykiwiair.co.nz you may modify your information at any time by signing into your account, using your ‘record locator’ reference from your ticket, reservation record or receipt.
